The tour guide was patient and professional. He informed the group of specific details one day in advance. The explanation was lively and interesting, and he also told us what was worth seeing. He didn't just recite a script, but felt very alive. He was very attentive throughout the whole process. It was a perfect experience in the Forbidden City. Tianmen Mountain truly lives up to its reputation as a 5A-level scenic spot in Zhangjiajie. We happened to be there during a heavy snowfall, which made it feel like a fairyland. The tour guide service was excellent, and the explanations were top-notch. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.★

Extremely experienced and also knowledgeable tour guide led the tour. He was able to rattle off poems amidst his explanation of the relics in Yuanmingyuan. Honestly if there’s no guide, you’d find it very very difficult to appreciate the place, as it is essentially a ruin. Not much has been restored and according to the guide, there’s no intention to restore the site.★
