The views of Sydney from the 82nd floor were stunning. The food was also excellent; the crab, shrimp, and oysters were all very fresh.

The overall itinerary was well-planned, adding several scenic spots to the previous Blue Mountains tour. These included Lincoln Rock, Boar Rock, the Three Sisters viewpoint, and the town of Lula, all offering pristine natural landscapes. The vehicle was a Mercedes-Benz mid-size van, seating 14 people. The van was relatively new, and the driver/guide, Mark, provided excellent explanations and offered friendly service.

“Red wine that punctures the skin…” From the moment we met the driver Colin, he made us feel very comfortable. He kept us informed the whole journey and his insight into the wine industry was very knowledgeable. There were a lot of highlights on the trip and lunch was amazing with all the different wines and gins to accompany it. I was well catered for and my beer paddle was well thought of and much appreciated. For me though the highlight was McCaffrey’s Estate which I had been told about previously. Speaking to Declan the owner and from Irish descent. He had a charm about him and as an Irish man I felt I had to support our own and bought gorgeous cheese and a few bottles of amazing Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon wine which I have already opened. The whole trip into and around Hunter was exquisite and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely go again and no doubt will book Dave’s for a trip there in the not too distant future.

It's seriously worth trying at least once in a lifetime. It was cloudy, but I wasn't scared during the freefall because the clouds were below me. Even after landing, my heart was still pounding with dopamine rushing. Make sure to take photos and videos!
