After purchasing through Trip.com, you will need to exchange your ticket for a paper one at a tourist information center in Cologne. If you go to the information center located very close to Cologne Central Station, they will exchange it for a paper ticket and ask you to fill in your name and start date yourself. They will also explain that you should have the ticket stamped by a machine the first time you board a train or bus.

it was enjoyable and relaxing. they take drinks orders at the table. audio was a little quiet, but we were sat outside. staff were pleasant.
