Start your day at the Sydney fish markets with a Cook's tour , breakfast and a sushi making class.
A scenic drive to The Beautiful Hunter Valley for a food and wine adventure. Your driver/guide is also a chef who will grill and prepare many dishes and pair them with the iconic wines of the region.
Time permitting we will squeeze in a chocolate tasting and finish with something sweet to complete the gourmet experience.
What more could you want from a day in the countryside?
Oh yeah, did I mention we will most probably see kangaroos and other Aussie wildlife?
We visit 3 boutique wineries and everything is included in the price. You only need to pay for any wines, chocolates, gifts you decide to buy or possibly a coffee to go with your included breakfast.
