The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.

I spent a long time choosing a tour to Halong, and I made the right choice by choosing the Taliya cruise ship. I'm very grateful to all the staff for a wonderful trip to the Halong Islands. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I was surrounded by cheerful and energetic staff who were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The bus was very nice and comfortable, and they picked me up right from my hotel. I was taken to the pier, and I was very surprised to see the luxurious Taliya cruise ship. From what I understand, it's new, so being inside was very pleasant and comfortable. We had a fascinating program that would suit both leisure travelers and active holiday enthusiasts. I'd especially like to thank my waiter, Liiam, who was with me from start to finish, helping me with everything, and was very kind. Thank you to the entire Taliya team for such a wonderful day in Halong Bay!

We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience. The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage. The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly. On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience. The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included. Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.


