It was a great choice, considering I had to travel a long distance with children and luggage. The trains run every 20 minutes, and since I had assigned seats, I was able to sit comfortably from beginning to end. However, because there were so many travelers exchanging tickets, I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes. I recommend planning your itinerary with plenty of time to spare.★

The Keisei Skyliner fares are approximately 30% higher than regular lines, but it offers high efficiency and a comfortable ride.
The line provides direct access to the Ueno and Nippori areas, making it ideal for travelers staying in these regions.
If your accommodation is not near Ueno or Nippori, you don't need to transfer on this line; you can directly use the subway.
The trains are in excellent condition, and the service and environment are top-notch. All seats are reserved. Tickets purchased through Ctrip are instantly valid, and you can also buy them on-site, which is very convenient.★

We queued at the JR Green Counter at Narita Airport to exchange our tickets. We asked the female employee scanning the queue to confirm if we could exchange our tickets there, and she said yes. However, when we got to the counter, the staff said we couldn't exchange them there and had to go to the JR East Travel Service Center across the street. But that center didn't open until 8:30 AM, so we had to wait in line again. We saw many other travelers walking around in queues like us. Fortunately, the staff at the JR East Travel Service Center were very efficient and quickly processed our ticket exchange. They even asked if we had our travel plans and helped us reserve seats for our flights from the airport to Tokyo Station and from Tokyo Station to Echigo-Yuzawa, which was very thoughtful. The ticket price was excellent value, and we were generally satisfied, although the ticket exchange process was a bit confusing.★

It was such a Hassle free to buy limousine bus ticket on Trip.com. I needed to transfer ourselves from haneda to narita in Tokyo. I could also check time on trip.com as I was booking. If I need to buy one again I definitely use trip.com again!★
