Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. One of the most beautiful cruises in Halong Bay. We were lucky to get the booking on the first day of Tet when everything else closed down. The attraction areas were packed even during the holiday. Very friendly and professional staff. Food was average, and over-crowded buffet area. Could only get whatever was left.
