I was planning to scout out the bus stop from Termini Station to Fiumicino Airport before making a reservation. There was a staff member there, and when I asked about tickets and the bus, they kindly answered all my questions. Also, the reservation tickets for this bus were cheaper than other airport buses, so I bought them on the day. Showing the voucher was all that was needed. The departure time was accurate, and we arrived in about an hour.

Excellent day and a perfect way to see the main highlights of Rome. Organisation was excellent from start to finish. We were on a cruise so concerned about arrival time back at port - Daniel our guide put my mind at ease straight away by advising we would be back in plenty of time. His knowledge of Civitavecchia and Rome was second to none. He took the time to impart historical facts about the surrounding area in addition to information about the main attractions of Rome. The pace of the activity was just right with sufficient time to take photographs and walk round at your own pace. Half the price of cruise operator so excellent value for money. Daniel made it a pleasurable experience by choosing the best areas to take photographs. We would never have gotten so close to the Trevi fountain without his advice. He is a credit to the company
