I had such a wonderful time on this trip! Since it was my first time skiing, I chose the package with a beginner lesson, and it definitely exceeded my expectations.
Our guide Juna, who is also a ski instructor, was incredibly warm, attentive, and full of positive energy. Even though there was some traffic during the holiday weekend, she kept us informed and pointed out different views of Mount Fuji along the way, which made the ride enjoyable.
Her ski instruction was clear and easy to understand, and she gave individual guidance based on each person’s level. As a beginner, I felt very comfortable and was able to truly enjoy the experience.
Our driver, Mo-san, drove very smoothly and safely throughout the trip. It was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this tour!★

The bus was spacious and clean! 👏 The tour guide's pick-up and drop-off schedule was well-planned, avoiding peak tourist seasons. 👌 The tour guide was handsome! 👍 He provided bilingual (Chinese and English) commentary and was witty and humorous. 👍 The weather was great today, and Mount Fuji looked fantastic in the photos! 👊 Lake Yamanaka, Oshino Hakkai, and Arakura Mountain Park are must-see attractions! 👏★

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!
