Reviews: Olive Grove Tour, Oil Tasting & Food in Licata, Agrigento
Guest User2026-10-24
It was a beautifully restorated estate where we walked with Marta through the olive groves planted by her great-grandfather and saw the harvest. You could see the Mediterreanean Sea and enjoy the shadow of pines. Marta is extremely nice, knowledgable and answers all questions. After that, we sat down on the terrace and tasted their oil, their spectacular tapenade, sicilian cheese and sausage, almonds and, of course, olives. We had a great time ( more 2 hours than the 1 hour it says in the description). If you are looking for a relaxing time yet learning something about sicilian cuisine and culture on the way, we highly recommend this. And make sure to go into the old cistern used today to keep wine and other things. Note: The estate is right where Google Maps and their link shows it to be; the sign before the gate is small.

We had such a good time and Vincenzo and Mamma was a pleasure in showing and explaining the process of pasta making as well as sharing their beautiful home with us. Would definitely recommend! We obviously took home some of their produce to help their business and because it was so yummy! 10/10 experience! Bravissimo!

Reviews: Palermo: Sicilian Cooking Class with Market Tour & Meal
Guest User2026-10-15
The cooking class was so wonderful! Super authentic and simply delicious! During our visit to the market, we tried typical Sicilian snacks. What we especially liked about the cooking class was that the dishes are easy to recreate at home. While enjoying the meal together with delicious wine, we learned a lot about Sicily and its culture. We highly recommend the class! ❤️
