Occasionally, the connection dropped to 3G, but that was probably because I was in an area with poor signal reception. Generally, the connection was stable, so I didn't experience any problems and was able to use it comfortably. When I tried to connect the eSIM, it didn't connect properly, but I contacted customer support and received a quick response, which resolved the issue. Their customer service was excellent. I would use their services again if the opportunity arises.★

The SIM card was excellent and worked in four EU countries. After flying from one country to another, the internet stopped working. I contacted support, and they responded immediately and explained how to connect to the internet in just a few minutes. The price is a bit steep, but I think it's worth it.★
