The scenery was beautiful, the driver was very nice, we had a great time, and we also saw some amazing fireworks at night.

This time, we arranged for Zhan Jie from Gogoday to be our guide. Jie clearly explained the history of the attractions along the way, as well as things to note when watching the fireworks. Although it was a Japanese holiday, our entire trip went very smoothly. Jie even arranged a last-minute visit to the pirate ship at Lake Ashi, which was definitely worthwhile! We arrived at Atami Beach around 5 PM, and because there weren't many people yet, we easily found a spot to watch the fireworks. Although we waited a while for the tour bus, it still arrived at Tokyo Station on time. Finally, because I was too tired, I forgot my belongings on the tour bus, and Jie immediately helped me contact the driver. I received a message from Jie before I even got out of bed the next morning, saying that my belongings had been retrieved. I'm extremely grateful for this small gesture, especially since it contained important medications. I highly recommend it! The fireworks are also definitely worth seeing!

The tour itself was very organised. There were 19 of us in total. Tourguide will send message 1 day prior regarding & reconfirming meet up location. Meet up location seems clear but I find lots of tours meet up location is slightly confusing especially in Tokyo with many exits.. but Mickey the tourguide was kind and very attentive and patient with everyone of us. She spoke in mandarin and cantonese and also able to communicate in English when required. We went to all the spots as mentioned on itinerary. One couple didn’t return on time which result in the group sitting on van waited for them to return for more than 20 minutes which delayed our departure time from Hakone. Fireworks were so beautiful which was the last stop of the day. By time we got back to Tokyo was very late.. around 10:30pm. Overall, tourguide Mickey did an amazing job!!

The itinerary was very comfortable and excellent value for money. We were also incredibly lucky to see Mount Fuji. Our guide, Mandy, was very thoughtful and attentive to everyone's needs, providing commentary in both Chinese and English. She explained every detail of the trip in great detail and even gave everyone a small gift at the end. A truly wonderful trip!
