I took a Halong Bay cruise tour departing from Hanoi, and it was very fulfilling and enjoyable. The guide was handsome and kind, so I was satisfied throughout the entire itinerary, and I appreciated his energetic demeanor despite the packed schedule. I marveled at the breathtaking scenery of Halong Bay, rode a snake boat, explored Sung Sot Cave, and visited Titop Beach. On the return trip, we wrapped up with a light party on board. It was a wonderful and fun experience.

Ruby's customer service was very prompt in their notifications, and the itinerary was described in great detail. The cruise segment was well-organized, and the local Vietnamese guide was very responsible, creating a lively atmosphere, and communicating in English was seamless. The buffet lunch was relatively good, and the day trip covered most of the famous attractions. Halong Bay is truly beautiful and well worth seeing.

We went on a standard one-day trip, and if you're thinking there was a catch, we were expecting one too. BUT there wasn't one; everything was perfect, from the guide to the condition of the boat. The food was a full set and everything was as expected. Yes, the seafood was mostly bland, but that's not a problem with the excursion, and in general, it's not as tasty in warm seas as in cold ones.

The dolphin cruise in Ha Long Bay was even better than I imagined! ✨ The scenery was truly beautiful, and seeing Ha Long Bay from the ship was breathtaking. The ship was comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful, and I enjoyed myself from start to finish. The food and service were also satisfying, and it was a truly special experience. It's a cruise I would definitely want to take again if I come to Ha Long Bay! I had such a wonderful time this time that if I have the opportunity to come to Vietnam again, I would definitely want to repeat this cruise. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

We had a fantastic experience on our Ha Long Bay day tour. Ruby was excellent with communication from the start and helped organise hotel transfers for our group of five, which was extremely convenient as we needed a larger vehicle. All the necessary information was sent the night before, including clear vehicle details prior to pickup, which made everything very easy and stress-free. I booked the 5-star cruise option, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The boat was very nice and exceptionally clean. The food and drinks served on board were great and added to the overall experience. Overall, everything was well organised and ran smoothly. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.

We enjoyed the trip. The weather was not so hot on the day we went to see the islands. Met and fed a few monkeys, which was amazing. The view that the caves offered were so picturesque and the Titov island was great as well.
