The trip.com signage at Gate 3 collection point was quite small and not noticeable, I have spent quite time searching. The collection process was seamless, just show the qr code on the phone for redemption. Usage at any BTS station was seamless, tap in and out within the same day. Quite affordable if you take more than 4 trips per day.

Overall, the experience was excellent, but I believe few people purchase the fast-track service, so I kept asking about it, but the response was always just about transportation arrangements. However, after contacting the supplier directly, they quickly answered my questions. It turned out that a dedicated person would escort me through customs quickly, and the whole process was excellent. The value for money in trading time was very high, probably saving at least 45 minutes compared to normal customs clearance.

It was a very smooth ride. Since I have WeChat and knows Chinese, the whole process was pretty easy even I don’t have a Chinese cell phone number. Two days before the Booking, the company contacted me through WeChat by my US phone number. Then a special chat group was setup between me and the actual driver. They send us a link so we can filled in the custom declaration form online. I told them the exact time of the day and the pickup/dropOFF address. The driver showed up on time and help us loaded luggages. When we arrived at the Chinese border, We did need to carry our luggage to go through the customs. But it was pretty easy. The driver picked us up again at the parking lot outside the customs. Then took us to our hotel. It was great service. 5 stars!

We were a little worried that we wouldn't be able to contact them if we needed to because we didn't speak the language, as we had a hard time finding a car at the hotel, but everything went well. The driver arrived on time, the support team was always available, and we had a great trip! Huge thanks to both the driver and the service. The car was comfortable, and the ride was gentle.
