I couldn't connect right away, but support, as always, was quick to help. We tested it, and it worked right away. I took 1GB per day, everything loaded, the card worked, all the chats worked, I connected to Wi-Fi everywhere I could, and it worked for exactly three days, excellent quality. Throughout our trip, the signal speed was excellent in various locations including Da Nang city, My Khe Beach, Marble Mountains, Son Tra Peninsula, Hoi An, and more. The only place we experienced poor signal was inside a restaurant outside Hoi An Ancient Town. (However, this was the same for our Trip eSIM, other travelers' roaming devices, and other eSIM providers.)
