We were a small group of four guests with a fantastic guide! He told us a lot about Bilbao and the Basque Country. We arrived shortly after 9:00 and were the only ones there, so we were able to take great pictures of the empty staircase. The descent and ascent are very strenuous, but you are rewarded with a spectacular tour!
