Reviews: 1-day lavender flower viewing tour in Provence, France | Seasonal offer | Valensole or Sault
Guest User2026-06-27
Our tour guide Claire was an excellent driver with safe and sound driving calibre, yet as a guide she could not provide additional information about lavender production, harvesting details and other sightseeing options. She was very nice and polite but when asked further about whatever she suggested, she replied “I don’t know”, “I should have asked” — felt quite off putting and non-engaging. It turned out that she is a university student and this was her summer job that she only started two weeks ago. If you opt for a hassle-free scenic ride tour around Valensole, it’s still a worthwhile option.
