We traveled with Katia – by far the best tour guide we've ever had! She led us through the Messina region with such enthusiasm, providing us with a wealth of information along the way. We were traveling with two children and a grandmother who didn't speak English. Since Katia speaks six languages, she often spoke bilingually. The children were also included and loved it! The Savoca and Taormina tour covers many details from the film "The Godfather," but also the small, picturesque towns of Savoca and Taormina on the cliff coast. Transportation is provided in a new, very comfortable Mercedes that seats 11 people. Water is also available, which used to be commonplace but is now a rarity. Plus, there are local specialties to sample. I thoroughly enjoyed it, not only because it was educational, but because Katia poured her heart and soul into the tour, and we could feel it! Simply fantastic! Thank you again!
