We drove to Cardona Castle first. This gives a nice view over the Old City of Cardona and the Salt Mine. We had some spare time, so Marcel took us to Santuari del Miracle. It's a beautiful church on a pilgrim trail. We then returned to Cardona for a walk through the Old City and to have lunch. We were then ready for the Salt Mine. A terrific experience. It was the highlight of the day for me. We drove back to Montserrat, standing proudly on the top of the beautiful hills of the mountain. It certainly is a picturesque place to visit. Marcel made our day a spectacular success. Thanks for everything, Marcel

Booked 24 hours city tourist bus tickets in Barcelona. It’s good in general as gives you ability to leave bus at any interesting to you bus stop. Walk around and sit down on next bus which coming each 10-15 minutes. Two laps. Blue and red. Going in different parts of city. One full lap is about 2 hours. The issue is you need to be in city full day to get full advantage of it taking into account city traffic jam and a lot of interesting places where you would want to go and see in details . Our mistake was to buy it while we were less than 5 hours in a city. Not enough time. Another issue the guide is automatic and does not consider traffic jam. So sometimes it’s saying about something far ahead, sometimes with delay. Remember buses going in one direction only. You can not easily return back if you missed interesting to you stop.

The city tour and hop on hop off is great for anyone who would like to have a feel of the city and overall look of Barcelona. It’s great, as you can hop off whenever you wanted to see the landmark or city location! 👍🏼😊

Really interesting tour round the city and various landmarks, our guide explained the history behind each place well. Great e-bikes, my son loved them but wasn’t as interested in the history. One guest hit a curb and fell off her bike. The incident was handled well with first aid pack etc on hand- as she decided she couldn’t cycle on she & friend were left at a cafe and bike pick-up was subsequently organised.
