Reviews: From Cebu: Oslob Whale Shark Encounter + Moalboal Sardine Run Snorkeling | Full-Day Marine Adventure

Sooooo cool! Yes, the drive is long and the snorkeling time is only 20-30 minutes, but it's all worth it! Whale sharks are simply amazing creatures, and even 20 minutes with them is worth the tiring drive. The sardine storm is also a magical phenomenon, and you can also see turtles in this same spot. This tour allows you to see all these wonders in one go! Our group consisted of only four people, although up to 10 travelers were booked. The guide didn't speak English very well, but he did his job well, taking us everywhere and getting tickets.
Reviews: Cebu afternoon tour: Sirao Flower Garden + Temple of Leah + TOPS Cebu 1-day tour

If you want to see these three attractions on your own in one day, you will hardly be able to: they are scattered over the hills, and the access roads are very bad. This tour is not cheap, as it includes the services of a guide, which is not at all necessary here. The Leah Temple from the late 20th century. An example of what millionaires can afford. The TOP Cebu viewpoint is very good, and Sirao Flower Gardens, although small, are very picturesque.
Reviews: Depart from Cebu: Oslob whale shark watching & snorkeling 1-day tour | Round-trip transfer & including lunch

The day before, we'd written to them about the exact time and car, and the driver arrived at the hotel at 5 a.m. The car was comfortable, a minivan. We got to Oslob fairly quickly without stopping. One thing to keep in mind: they drop us off at the hotel next to the sharks and then start telling us that the snorkeling session is a 3-4-hour wait and that we might not even get a chance to swim, but if we pay an extra 10,000 pesos, it'll only take an hour and we'll get a private boat and diving. We declined. They eventually gave us a lock for a lockbox where we could store our things, assigned two girls from the hotel to accompany us, and we walked with them to the ticket office. The girls bought entrance tickets and gave us a room. Then we returned to the hotel with them, where we sat and waited for about two and a half hours. Then they escorted us again and agreed to hold our unwanted belongings. They took us to the boat, we got on, and snorkeled for about half an hour. All was well; there were sharks. There were about 20 people on the boat, and everyone was in each other's way, which was a bit nerve-wracking. Then we returned to the hotel, ate the included lunch, and headed back. The downside: the wait; we thought it would be like booking online at **.

Reviews: Cebu: Olango Snorkeling + Caohagan Island Day Trip | Round trip transfer & BBQ lunch included

The hotel transfer was on time! It was great that they were able to arrive 5 minutes early! The guide spoke a little Japanese. He was especially kind, and our 3-year-old son quickly became attached to him, lol. On the day, we hired a snorkeling guide for my wife and son. It was 300 pesos in total, but it was a good decision because my wife and child were able to swim safely! By the way, they even created a group chat on WeChat before the day and answered any questions we had! They provided snorkels, towels, and life jackets for free! The water for snorkeling was beautiful! I recommend adding seafood to the Caohagan Island barbecue, but anything other than sea urchin is good. The barbecue was served on a plate for each person, and there was a lot of it, but the boatman also likes to eat, so it's a good idea to buy extra! lol. We swam in the beautiful ocean, got a massage on the boat while drinking beer, ate delicious barbecue on the island, and walked and swam on the beach. It was such a luxurious experience! Even at this price, it seems like a good deal! Also, while on the island, the boatman and guides kept an eye on our luggage, so we were able to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind! The additional fee was about 1,450 pesos! It's a good idea to bring some small change.
Reviews: Cebu: Oslob Whale Shark Watching + Badian Kawasan Falls canyon adventure 1-day tour
Guest User2025-06-15
My friend and I booked a tour package for Oslob's whale shark and Kawasan Falls, and it was a fantastic experience! The itinerary was well-organized. We headed to Oslob in the morning to see whale sharks, and experiencing these gentle giants swimming so leisurely in the water up close was a breathtaking sight that will last a lifetime. Then, we headed to the Kawasan Falls canyon for a thrilling and engaging adventure! The tour guide and team were very professional and helped us with many of our questions. This day trip was truly worthwhile, both in terms of the attractions and the service. I highly recommend this tour!
