We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Kuwasan Falls trip, and Praise the Lord for giving us amazing guides in Roel, Dilrab and Jankin. All three were incredibly friendly, professional and pleasant throughout the entire adventure.They made us feel safe, comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. A special thank you to Roel, whose photography and videography skills were truly exceptional. The photos and videos he captured were outstanding and perfectly preserved the excitement and beauty of the experience. These memories will stay with us for years to come, and we are so grateful for the effort he put into creating such wonderful keepsakes. Jankin and Dilrab were equally fantastic, helping us navigate the challenging terrain with patience, care and encouragement. Their support made the journey much easier and allowed us to fully enjoy the adventure with confidence. We fully recommend Roel, Jankin ,Dilrab highly enough for their enthusiasm & dedication. My husband and I, who don't speak English, participated in the tour.
Even though we didn't know what we were doing at any given moment, such as when we'd disband or regroup, the schedule moved along quickly.
I didn't know where we were going, and when we arrived at a beautiful beach, I finally became anxious and started crying. However, the female guide told me in simple English, "It's okay, you'll see whale sharks later," and gave me a hug.
After that, I was able to enjoy the tour without any problems, and I think she was incredibly kind, explaining things to me until I understood. This was actually my husband's responsibility. I'm sorry for causing any trouble.
However, everyone on the tour—the driver, the guide—was so kind. It was a wonderful memory in my life. Thank you.★
