The female guide was very cheerful and always looked out for everyone. I was also happy that she explained things slowly and carefully so that even though I'm not good at English, I could understand! The bus driver also drove safely, and he always greeted us with a smile when the bus departed after visiting each spot, which made me feel very at ease. The tour itself was very enjoyable and I was very satisfied.

The customer service was quick and clear before the purchase, proactively contacting me before the trip. The driver was polite and courteous, keeping me informed of the journey and travel time. Ayutthaya Zoo wasn't too crowded, making for a high-quality experience. I could observe the animals very closely and take photos with them, a truly unique experience. Taking photos with the giraffes was especially wonderful; the staff were all excellent photographers, and the pictures were fantastic!
