I highly recommend Chinese tourists book an English-language tour. If your English isn't great, you can use a translation app like Doubao (a Chinese translation platform). It's truly a great deal; the driver/guide is incredibly professional, dedicated, and friendly. They talk non-stop throughout the journey, covering everything from local history, culture, and villages to what to eat, what music to listen to, and even various British jokes—it's all very entertaining. It's not just about telling you "meet at what time" at each attraction; they genuinely let you know what you've seen and experienced. Everyone tipped after we got off the bus.

Reviews: Peak District National Park and Derbyshire day tour|Comfortable minivan|Manchester round-trip

This was an English-language tour, so a certain level of English proficiency was required. The domestic travel agency was their downstream partner, and they didn't notify us the night before. When we called the domestic agency, they explained that foreigners don't usually join WeChat groups, so we had to find the pick-up location ourselves. In short, the domestic travel agency's service wasn't very good; they need to improve their service awareness. Fortunately, the guide and driver from this British-owned Rabbs company were very helpful, and everything went relatively smoothly.

Booking through Ctrip when traveling abroad is always reassuring. I'll definitely use Ctrip again next time I go to the UK.

A fantastic experience! The itinerary was well-planned, and the driver provided continuous explanations throughout the journey. He even offered suggestions for lunch. The driving was also safe and smooth.
