What a amazing tour guide Hai we had. Communicated well shared lots of history took us to the top spots we had the best time making rice pancakes at a local family restaurant. Hoi a very pretty place with humble people even with the missed places from the flooding. Would highly recommend Tai.

Locals showed me how to do pottery by performing a demonstration first then allowing me to make the pottery items after. Managed to make 3 pieces of pottery and had time to paint them! Lovely locals with a language barrier but still didn’t struggle at all to communicate the necessary information.

This was THE BEST! Through happenstance, I was the only one on the tour so personal tour! Ag (Michael for nickname) was my tour guide and Tam was the chef. Tam has over 15 years experience as a chef at many very fancy hotels and both the food and the presentation was 4 stars! Ag was incredible too. Born here he is a a true local and his patience and local knowledge was impressive. He took me on a tour of the market for the fresh ingredients we cooked with. The bamboo boat ride and crab fishing was SO FUN! I can't remember our Captain's name but she was hilarious and we sang songs as we paddled. The whole day was incredible and so special. Cannot recommend enough!


