After making a reservation, they contact you via WeChat to confirm the time. There were about 800 different costumes to choose from, which made it difficult to decide, but they let me take my time, so I was able to wear something I really liked. As for makeup and hairstyles, they seem willing to do anything if you have an image in mind, so I recommend preparing some pictures.
