Hongdingyan Imperial Banquet was a fantastic experience, especially as a solo traveler. Unlike a typical hot pot restaurant where meals are usually shared family-style, this restaurant offers individual hot pots, allowing me to enjoy the experience comfortably on my own without getting too stuffed. The staff was able to accommodate my “non spicy” request. The food presentation was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Beyond the meal itself, the live performances and entertaining atmosphere made the experience much more than just dinner.

Wonderful experience with Lance(Zhouhang, last minute know his Chinese name, his English is brilliant), he has very broad knowledge of the Chinese fresh veggies and herbs, first he took us to the local fresh market, we are totally surprised, so many varieties of veggies, eggs, fruits, herbs, etc. Wonderful experience👍。 Learned how to cook the Sichuan dishes and taste very good, Will try them to cook at home👍。Lance is a very helpful and knowledgeable young gentleman, easy going, we all had a wonderful cooking experience with him and the chef Li.

A truly amazing afternoon , the activities fee the lunch were Gina nd the staff were super helpful. The lunch itself was delicious and the variety of dishes was incredible, and to top it off the dancers and the show was fantastic. We had a lovely afternoon and would recommend it to everyone visiting Chengdu.

Simply spectacular. An experience not to be missed. It's recommended to wear traditional clothing to fully enjoy it. There's also a section where you can take your own photos.
