My Wife and I booked to go on the Historical Gems Tour & Taste of York Chocolate on Thursday 12th Sept 2024. We can’t thank Sherlombo enough for an amazing and entertaining tour, he was not only incredibly knowledgable and professional, but also warm, entertaining and engaging. Even though there were only 4 people on the tour he kept in character the whole time, and played an excellent part. Sherlombo was an fantastic tour guide and can’t thank him enough for his time, and will definitely be booking more tours with yourselves next time we come to York or any of the major cities in the UK as this was great value for money.

It was thoroughly enjoyable, the host was friendly, insightful and proving jokes to the room whilst sharing knowledge. The tasks were explained clearly and the activity was incredibly fun for two individuals who had never done something like this before.

Sherlumbo was an interesting character that was very well-versed in everything York. We were able to see some wonderful sites all around the town of York. Would definitely recommend this tour to get a good taste of the town and about its history.
