Reviews: Golden Era of Évora walking & the portuguese wine tasting.
Guest User2026-10-05
Really great tour with Paulo. He is passionate and knowledgeable - a huge amount of information that helped me place Evora in its historical context, understand the architecture and also how it has evolved as a city. Walking round today after such an intense crash course means that I have appreciated everything so much more. And the wine tasting was also wonderful. Recommended.

Marcus was great. He was very informative on Portugal as well as history and culture. My husband and he had several common interests and chatted away. The food was good but it really was a tasting rather than a meal.

Reviews: From Lisbon: Évora, Bones Chapel, Monsaraz, and Alentejo Wines

We greatly enjoyed our trip to Evora, the chapel of the Bones and Monsaraz. Our tour guide Bruno was well versed in all of the history and shared some great insight with our group. Lunch was a bit difficult due to our party size of 5, but Bruno assisted in getting us in to enjoy some great food before an excellent wine tasting in Monsaraz. Thanks!

Reviews: Lisbon: Évora, Chapel of Bones & Winery Small Group Tour

Our guide, Pedro Franco, was always very attentive and friendly. We were a group of four, and since I was the only one who spoke Spanish, he was always willing to give me information and instructions in my language. The tour was very enjoyable, with incredible scenery.
