WOW! Probably the best excursion I’ve been on! Tracey was a lovely lady telling us so much about Tahitian life and about the Island and its history. She took us to places we’d never have found by ourselves and each was a delight. Memories of the tour will remain with me for a long time - I only wish I was staying longer to do more of her tours!

Ruth shared her Island with us and provided so much insight into Tahiti and the many spectacular views. The vehicle was comfy, we got a trip around the Island and heard so many interesting stories about life in Tahiti. Great tour which I highly recommend.

The most insightful tour of our whole Polynesia trip. We spent around 3.5 weeks in French Polynesia and before heading home we had already booked this tour, so glad we did! We were guided by Tracey, who was absolutely lovely and an amazing guide. While this tour could be a bit more expensive than others, it is truly worth it. We learned so much about the island, its culture and Polynesia overall. She also connected experiences by comparing islands we had visited with those other guests were still going to visit, which made it even more interesting. A highlight was the experience with a local school (which happens only about once every eight months). We felt very lucky. The students showed us how to tie a dress, play instruments and open and grate a coconut. Such an authentic experience! We loved the strong focus on local culture. Even if you don’t get this exact school experience, I’m sure you’ll have another amazing cultural higlight. She knows the locals incredibly well.


