The driver arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up. He was friendly, attentive, drove smoothly, and patiently. We arrived at the pier at 6:30 pm. The captain was also fantastic, very experienced, and took us out to sea to watch dolphins. We saw dolphins many times. Thank you! [rose emoji]

We enjoyed the trip. The driver, Made, was punctual and friendly. The captain steered the boat very carefully. We saw dolphins. The only downside was that there were too many boats, and some captains swam too close to the dolphins at speed, which scared the animals and they retreated into the deep water.

This was our first time booking a day trip with a private car abroad. My mother was worried about safety before the trip, but this experience completely put our minds at ease! The driver spoke excellent Chinese, making communication smooth. He enthusiastically explained the culture and customs of Bali throughout the trip and was a great conversationalist. He patiently planned the itinerary, proactively helped us with our luggage, even took photos for us, and carefully looked after our elders. His service was meticulous and thoughtful. The itinerary was well-planned, and the entire trip was worry-free and convenient. We were extremely satisfied! We will definitely choose Ctrip again for our next overseas trip!
