Everything worked perfectly. The app let me see exactly when the bus was coming. The information was good, and the driver was very friendly. The buses could really use a thorough cleaning and inspection. But since the bus was almost empty, you could simply move to another seat if the power outlet wasn't working.

We were lucky to have a private tour with Lorenzo as nobody else had booked the same slot. He was friendly and knew a lot about the area and friendly. In total, our trip lasted for just under 3 hours. The E bikes were great fun and we were able to tour Playa de Ingles and Maspalomas easily. The camel ride was fun too. We were on the camels for 30 minutes and had a nice walk through the dunes.

We had a fabulous excursion to Las Palmas yesterday, stopping off at the botanical gardens and volcano on the way. Our driver Domingo was friendly, helpful and good at his job and our guide, Diego was excellent. There were Portuguese and British passengers on board and he managed to keep us all informed and entertained. He really went the extra mile, showing us traditional places to eat and guiding us to specific attractions we wanted to find in the city. The minibus was super comfortable and well air conditioned too. Best trip with the best hosts. I definitely recommend.
