Extremely satisfied. Our guide, Roy, provided excellent explanations and attentive service. Choosing to join a local day tour was the wisest decision we made during our trip to Western Australia. Roy pointed out some of the iconic rock formations near the Pinnacles and even helped us take photos. Despite the high temperature that day, it didn't affect his service at all. Superb! 👍 I would definitely join Roy's tour again if I have the chance to go somewhere else.

My friend and I joined the day tour on 18 Oct and overall it was an amazing experience! The tour guide (a lovely lady from Amsterdam.. sorry, we forgot her name!) was so friendly and took great care of everyone throughout the day. A few helpful tips for future travellers: Pick-up & Contact Info: No guide or operator contact details were provided in advance. For our case, the guide was over 10 mins late, leaving everyone waiting at the meeting point with no way to check in on the status. Bring Water & Snacks: Drinks and water are not provided during the tour (except dinner). Make sure to bring your own, or buy supplies at Guilderton (the first stop), where there is a small general store. Group Size Difference: The listing stated a maximum of 15 travellers, but we were picked up in a coach with around 20–25 people. Despite these operational hiccups, the sights were fantastic and the guide made the day very enjoyable!
