It's a great option, as the routes are circular, so you can hop on and off at any time during the day. There's a Russian audio guide; you just need to scan the code on the bus window, and you can select Russian from the list on the right. However, this guide is very limited; it's just a couple of phrases about Prospect Street and the shopping there—it's not interesting. So we did this: we installed the Yandex Translate app in advance and turned it on so it could translate the Chinese audio from the ceiling speakers. It has much more information: dates, architecture, history, current conditions, and much more. We really liked it.

Booking process is simple and straightforward. Transport company will set up a gp chat w the driver on the day of your pickup. Instructions on where to pick up is clear. Driver is kind and polite and the vehicle is clean ans spacious. Door to door transport, very convenient.

It was fine. 4 OUT OF 5. Oveall it was nice experience. There was some need for improved communication skills.of driver as they could.not speak english. I had booked 2 taxis. One driver managed english with the help of google translator. Overall i am satisfied. Travelled on 28 sep. With 8 family members.

Although the driver was delayed due to traffic, the customer service handled the situation very promptly and sincerely. They proactively communicated, reassured the driver, and quickly implemented a refund and compensation plan, saving the driver from lengthy and tedious communication costs. The driver's subsequent driving was also smooth and safe, and the overall service attitude is commendable.
