Guide Jo Jun-young did an excellent job, and we were able to successfully complete the itinerary, especially thanks to his skillful handling of the troublesome Filipino guests. (He managed the crisis very well.) It was a substantial and fulfilling tour. The guaranteed departure was a great help to our travel schedule, but we were a bit short on time at Gujo Hai Bay due to the sunset; however, overall, I highly recommend it.

All the places are great to explore and really nice. Just my opinion, the tour guide should wait for all of us to get down from the bus first then he can started to explain about the place not when we reach down to him, he is done. And we arrived shirakawago around 3:15pm and the last shuttle bus around 3:40pm to observatory. So it is not enough time as we need to walk a bit to a pickup point for shuttle bus. All the three places are so crowded but still nice to explore

The bus was punctual. There wasn't much snow this year, but the higher elevations had better snow conditions. However, the beginner slopes here are equivalent to intermediate slopes in China, and many areas lack safety netting, so proceed with caution. The staff at the rental counter didn't speak much English, so we needed the help of a friendly guy at the information center to explain things. The restaurant on the second floor was great, and most of the cable cars were available (including gondolas and chairlifts, but chairlifts only go uphill). With a cable car pass, you can also enter the children's playground for free. The last picture shows the minibus sign. The roads were clear this time, and the one-way trip took about an hour. Overall, a positive experience.
