The yacht is luxurious, but the buffet is very limited, and many guests left hungry. Drinks are an additional charge! Bringing your own drinks on board is prohibited. I really enjoyed the place itself and a special thank you to the guide!★

We contacted the hotel in advance, and James arrived a little earlier than the appointed time and walked us to the bus. The bus was very comfortable, and the seats could almost recline. There were two short stops there and one back. We really enjoyed the paid boat ride, a mini-excursion, and then we went rafting. There were some collisions between kayaks and boats, but we had a bag and camera with us, so we decided not to risk it. The cave was great, and we climbed up to the island. There was plenty of food, and the extra charge for drinks wasn't that high.★

It was a wonderful day! ✨ However, the climb up to the cave involves a lot of steep stairs, and visiting Titop Island takes quite a while unless you go to the beach or the observation deck, so it might not be suitable for people with mobility issues! However, it is also possible to spend the entire time on the cruise ship. 😊★

We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience.
The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage.
The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly.
On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience.
The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included.
Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.★

We were met at the designated location and taken on a comfortable air-conditioned bus. A polite and pleasant guide accompanied us throughout the entire trip and conducted excursions. The program is packed with activities that will keep you busy: kayaking on boats, a visit to the Surprise Cave, landing on Titov Island (the so-called most Russian island). You can swim on the island and climb the stairs to the observation deck. The excursion sites are expected to be crowded, as several groups are traveling simultaneously. The guide provides information about the sites. On the ship itself, there are luxury cabins with a bathroom in each cabin, and the buffet meals are delicious! Dinner is a tasting set menu, where you can try a variety of dishes (drinks are paid separately in all cases). There is also a Vietnamese roll master class on the ship - don't miss it; you'll try making it yourself. And of course, all this time you'll be among the very beautiful small islands in the bay.★

The staff were very welcoming and tried their best to explain the itinerary to us even though we don't speak English or Vietnamese. Thumbs up! The lunch on board was delicious and varied, the juice was reasonably priced, and the sunset party was lively. It was a very worthwhile trip. If you have a trip to Halong Bay planned, I highly recommend choosing their service.
