I booked an English-language tour because I wanted my son to experience an international atmosphere. The tour guide was very responsible. When I got separated from my son at a shopping stop, he stayed with him and waited for me. Before boarding the ship, a young Korean mother with a three- or four-year-old child got lost. The tour guide made arrangements for us first and found her in time.
The itinerary was well-planned and fulfilling. The seafood feast and afternoon tea met my expectations. It was a very enjoyable day trip experience!★

I don't know whose responsibility it is (the organizer or trip.com), but booking for an odd number of tourists is very inconvenient. There were three of us: a couple and a single person. But when choosing a ticket, you can only book for two or more people. So, a single guest can't buy one ticket. We bought a ticket for three people and ended up staying in a triple room!! Fortunately, there were available rooms, and we moved the third person into a separate room (for an extra fee. We negotiated it down to $50). But keep in mind that triple cabins don't have a balcony, which was very disappointing. The food was okay. The organization was excellent - everything was on time. Swimming on the island is not allowed - the water is very dirty, but the climb to the cliff is worth it - the view is beautiful. Kayaking takes 20 minutes, but it's interesting for those who are new to it.★

The trip to Halong Bay was planned and purchased through trip.com. The entire excursion was, you could say, timed to the minute. Everything was smooth and organized, in a wonderful, comfortable bus for 20 people, with air conditioning and reclining seats. We were picked up from our hotel at the agreed-upon time. The journey to the bay takes three hours, including a planned stop and a visit to a silk souvenir shop.
For the excursion, we chose a 5-star, three-story yacht, where we enjoyed a sumptuous buffet lunch. Additional drinks, beer, and coffee were available for cash.
The bay itself and its islands offer stunning views. It's worth seeing 😍. Kayaking, boating, sailing through the grotto (an additional 50,000 each), and the caves were unforgettable. After visiting the islands, there was live music and tea on the yacht. Overall, everything was top-notch 👍👍👍. Special thanks to the tour organizers and our guide, Melody, who treated each tourist with great care. We highly recommend it. 👍👍👍★

One of the most beautiful cruises in Halong Bay. We were lucky to get the booking on the first day of Tet when everything else closed down. The attraction areas were packed even during the holiday. Very friendly and professional staff. Food was average, and over-crowded buffet area. Could only get whatever was left.
