Amazing service — thank you Harry! I accidentally booked our bus for the wrong day (completely my mistake), and my wife and I showed up at 5:30am on almost no sleep only to realize what I’d done. I called Harry, and even though I woke him up, he was incredibly calm and helpful. He quickly found us another bus, guided us to a new pickup point, and made sure we were taken care of. What really stood out was that he didn’t stop there — he also helped arrange our return to Hanoi and even checked in throughout the day to make sure everything was going well. Harry went far beyond what I expected, and turnedAmazing service — thank you Harry! I accidentally booked our bus for the wrong day (completely my mistake), and my wife and I showed up at 5:30am on almost no sleep only to realize what I’d done. Great service and comfy cabin! Really impressed with HK Buslines. The bus was clean, the cabin was comfy, and the bed was surprisingly cosy for an overnight trip. But the ride felt very shaky at times, especially on winding roads, and engine noise made it hard to sleep deeply. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. A straight bus from Sapa to Ha Long saved us hours of transfer hassle. Staff were helpful and communication via WhatsApp was clear. No toilet on board, but we made few rest stops so it was fine. Would definitely recommend!

Was picked up in a regular car with 4 other passengers. Drove 20 minutes to the black mini van, changed cars, drove for about 2 hours in the mini van with 1 pit stop. Overall, everything was smooth.
