Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.

The bay is extremely dirty; bottles and chip packets—everything is floating in the bay. There's no tour program as such, and the guide doesn't explain anything about the places we visited. Not even a word about why the island is named after Titov. We found cockroaches in our room (I didn't expect to find cockroaches on a ship, but Vietnam never ceases to amaze). The food was delicious.

We had a fantastic experience on our Ha Long Bay day tour. Ruby was excellent with communication from the start and helped organise hotel transfers for our group of five, which was extremely convenient as we needed a larger vehicle. All the necessary information was sent the night before, including clear vehicle details prior to pickup, which made everything very easy and stress-free. I booked the 5-star cruise option, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The boat was very nice and exceptionally clean. The food and drinks served on board were great and added to the overall experience. Overall, everything was well organised and ran smoothly. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.

It was a comfortable and fulfilling trip. Starting from Hanoi and heading to Ha Long Bay, the minivan was definitely the most comfortable option. The massage chairs relieved the fatigue of the long journey. Once in Ha Long Bay, our guide, Xiao Ying, provided commentary throughout the trip and acted as our photographer, taking thousands of photos which she sent to us via WeChat, ensuring we had group photos of all the scenery – a very thoughtful service.

Spent Lunar new year on this tour, found out only the day of that this was the only operator working that day so we got the whole bay for ourselves and it was dreamy, the itinerary is as descrived, you'll get to kayak, swim, eat, learn about the fishing village and the fishes of this area and finish the day making spring rolls. The staff and especially Hana, our guide, are incredibily lively and lovely. They even gave us red envelopes with a game to celebrate the new year. Recommended!

The boat and staff were great. Ha Long Bay itself was very busy, so some locations were crowded at times but the crew did their best to manage this. Several visits to "attractions" two pearl shops/farm and a bamboo shop during the transfers were a bit much. The operator only contacted us late the day before to confirm the booking and pick up time/location. Whilst this was advised beforehand it would have been better if this was at least a week before the trip.


