The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.

They contact you via WhatsApp in advance to arrange a pickup location. They drive you there in a Ford Transit with comfortable seats. You board the boat at 12 noon and return at 6-7 pm. The food is very good. Activities include waterslides, a water trampoline for children, kayaking, and a jacuzzi. I recommend the catamaran. The scenery is very beautiful; there's some trash in the water, but it's not a big deal.

It’s perfect for a date! It takes 3 hours from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, and the entire bus ride was so much fun. Our tour guide, Uncle Lee, really made the experience entertaining. He was especially good at knowing when to strike and when to retreat, which made us feel very comfortable, especially since we are MBTI types. We weren't ripped off; he approached us first and cracked jokes, though he never went beyond five words. After that, he would discreetly step back to let us have some time to ourselves. The guide spoke English so well that he kindly explained things whenever we asked, which was great!! It was a happy trip. It was the perfect day trip! To briefly explain the itinerary: We took the bus from in front of the hotel at 7:30 AM and arrived at the cruise terminal for Ha Long Bay at 11:30 AM! The course included exploring a cave, choosing one activity (speedboat, bamboo boat, or kayak), and enjoying the activities at Tip Top Island! The best!

We had a fantastic experience on our Ha Long Bay day tour. Ruby was excellent with communication from the start and helped organise hotel transfers for our group of five, which was extremely convenient as we needed a larger vehicle. All the necessary information was sent the night before, including clear vehicle details prior to pickup, which made everything very easy and stress-free. I booked the 5-star cruise option, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The boat was very nice and exceptionally clean. The food and drinks served on board were great and added to the overall experience. Overall, everything was well organised and ran smoothly. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.

The Vera Cruise in Ha Long Bay was a really good experience. We visited two beautiful caves, went kayaking, and stopped at Titop Island, which was a nice break 🌊🛶. The trip was relaxing, and the food was tasty 🍲. Nam Duke and Anthony were fantastic guides—fluent in English and genuinely caring about making sure we had a great time 😊👍. Definitely a trip worth doing for a peaceful day on the water!


