The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.★

Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.★

We had a fantastic experience on our Ha Long Bay day tour. Ruby was excellent with communication from the start and helped organise hotel transfers for our group of five, which was extremely convenient as we needed a larger vehicle. All the necessary information was sent the night before, including clear vehicle details prior to pickup, which made everything very easy and stress-free.
I booked the 5-star cruise option, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The boat was very nice and exceptionally clean. The food and drinks served on board were great and added to the overall experience.
Overall, everything was well organised and ran smoothly. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.★

The boat and staff were great. Ha Long Bay itself was very busy, so some locations were crowded at times but the crew did their best to manage this. Several visits to "attractions" two pearl shops/farm and a bamboo shop during the transfers were a bit much. The operator only contacted us late the day before to confirm the booking and pick up time/location. Whilst this was advised beforehand it would have been better if this was at least a week before the trip.★

This trip was fantastic! The scenery was beautiful, exceeding my expectations. The service from the cruise company, SST Travel, was also very professional. They contacted me immediately after I purchased the tickets, provided luxury car pick-up and drop-off, and arranged the cruise activities very professionally. The meals were also delicious, and every member of the team was very friendly. I'm happy to give them 5 stars and give them a thumbs up. I will definitely recommend them to my friends next time they come.
