Overall, the itinerary was good. The only slight disappointment was that our group wasn't given the option to kayak; we were just given a boat tour instead. Some members of our group booked through local travel agencies at the last minute, and the platform price was 50% more expensive than booking directly locally. They felt the current price was really not worth it.★

This is a wonderful ship! The cabins are beautifully decorated, clean, quite spacious, and the balcony is amazing! Overall, the photo matches it! The route is good. We were picked up on time at the Opera House (they WhatsApped us the time and bus number the night before). The food was delicious and plentiful. Drinks are sold separately, which was a bit disappointing. But water is free on the ship. We caught two squid on the evening of the first day! Overall, I highly recommend it!★

SST the Dolphin and its crew were very friendly and provided meticulous service, especially Finn, who even helped peel shrimps. We avoided the crowded Surprise Cave, but still enjoyed the beauty of Halong Bay. The feeling of kayaking and passing through two sea caves was still very magical.★

Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.★

I was traveling with my parents from both sides of the family, as well as my son, so three generations of our family went on a cruise together. We booked a one-day tour on shore. The boat was very clean and photogenic, very comfortable, and there was also a Chinese translator who introduced the process and precautions. I recommend it!
