Our guide, Tiger, and the entire group kindly waited for us for 25 minutes this morning as we were running late for our taxi to the bus. The tour was very informative, taking in the picturesque views of Halong Bay. We had a delicious lunch on board; I didn't expect such a good quality for the price! Thanks to the organizers!★

We joined this full-day cruise tour and it was a great experience. The guide was excellent, and the pickup service was smooth and well organized. The buffet lunch was good, and we enjoyed the three activities (cave visit, kayaking or bamboo boat, and swimming or hiking). The wine-tasting sunset party on the ship was a nice highlight. The drop-off service was also good. Special thanks to our guide, Ronny, for making the trip enjoyable.★

Rosie was incredibly helpful when I needed urgent assistance with my Vietnam visa. I had applied for an e-visa over a week earlier, but because of the Chinese New Year holiday it still hadn’t been processed. It was Saturday night and my flight was Monday morning, so I decided to pay for the emergency visa-on-arrival letter instead.
Rosie contacted me on WhatsApp within five minutes of my payment and immediately started helping me resolve the issue. The emergency service I paid for normally has about a 4-hour turnaround, but since it was the weekend there were some limitations with processing times. Even so, she kept me updated and was able to get the letter to me the following evening on Sunday, which allowed me to print it before my Monday morning flight.
The emergency service is a bit pricey, but it was absolutely worth it compared to the cost of missing my flight and losing my accommodation bookings. Thank you, Rosie, for saving my trip!★
