It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★

This trip was fantastic! The scenery was beautiful, exceeding my expectations. The service from the cruise company, SST Travel, was also very professional. They contacted me immediately after I purchased the tickets, provided luxury car pick-up and drop-off, and arranged the cruise activities very professionally. The meals were also delicious, and every member of the team was very friendly. I'm happy to give them 5 stars and give them a thumbs up. I will definitely recommend them to my friends next time they come.★

Memorable experience with a wonderful crew. We travelled with a big group of 11pax (including 3 kids and 1 toddler) and booked a private minivan for pick us up at the hotel directly - it cost us $50k dong per pax which was very reasonable for the spacious seats and saved us the hassle of having to book separate rides to the pick up meeting point. The guide and crew onboard were patient and accommodating to ensure our comfort and safety. The meals were filling and dinner was especially sumptuous. Note that drinks at the restaurant and sunset deck are chargeable albeit reasonably priced. We brought the complimentary water in the room to avoid the charge at the deck above. We enjoyed the Vietnam rice roll making by the sunset and my personal favourite was the surprise cave walk on the 2nd day (although it was unsuitable for my elderly parents who did not join us due to the many steps). Thank you Arcardy cruise for making our experience at Halong Bay a great one!★

The Halong Bay cruise was a sight I felt I had to see at least once in my life. The sight of strangely shaped rocks of all sizes jutting out into the sea was breathtaking, and it was an experience that cannot be conveyed in a photograph.
There were plenty of activities to choose from, including cave exploration and kayaking. The food on board was delicious, and the hospitality of the staff was fantastic.★

Jeep tour in Hanoi was an incredible experience that exceeded our expectations. From the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city streets to the stunning historical sites, every moment was captivating. The local guide Freddie and driver Mr. Phong were reliable and shared fascinating stories about the culture and traditions of Vietnam.
We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the delicious street food, tasting various local dishes that truly delighted our taste buds. The scenic views, especially around Hoan Kiem Lake, were absolutely breathtaking.
Overall, the half-day's activities were perfectly organized, making it easy for us to soak in all the beauty and charm Hanoi has to offer. We left with unforgettable memories and a deeper appreciation for this remarkable city.★

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.
