We enjoyed a buffet dinner at Harbour Grand Hong Kong Island Hotel to celebrate my mother's birthday, and the overall experience was very pleasant. The restaurant had a comfortable and elegant ambiance, spacious seating, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive. The menu was extensive, the seafood was fresh, and the sashimi, hot dishes, and desserts were all unique, with high-quality ingredients. The most heartwarming touch was the small cake the hotel thoughtfully provided as a birthday gift for my mother, adding a delightful surprise and warmth to the dinner. The cake was exquisite and delicious, and my mother was delighted. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent, making it a great choice for birthday celebrations and gatherings – highly recommended!

Highly recommended, especially for first-time visitors to Hong Kong. Everything was perfectly organized: we met at a clearly marked meeting point on time and travelled in a comfortable small van. As there were only five of us, the tour felt personal and relaxed. Our guide Ricky was excellent—knowledgeable, professional, funny, and passionate about Hong Kong’s history. We visited Victoria Peak, explored Hollywood Road and Central, including the Mid-Levels Escalator, and enjoyed a beautiful sunset cruise in Victoria Harbour. Watching the city lights come on from the ferry was unforgettable. The only part we did not enjoy was the stop at Oriental Heritage, which felt mainly like a shopping visit. We would have preferred more time in Central and Hollywood Road with Ricky. Overall, a very enjoyable and well-organized tour, absolutely recommended.

The trip was on October 16, 2026. Everything was organized perfectly. Our guide, Bruce, arrived early at the meeting point. We recommend checking your email and WA the day before, as our meeting point was changed the day before the trip. We were prepared for this—we received an email about it in advance. The tour itself was very quick and engaging! The line for the Ngongping was divided into two sections depending on the cabin type. We had a regular cabin without a carpeted floor, so we arrived later than those in the crystal cabins. Next, we went to a fishing village for a boat ride, then to the summit with its monastery and Buddha. The place is very interesting and beautiful, and the trip was educational. We recommend this tour company.

Mr. Li Donghua, the tour guide mentioned by Xiucai, provided thoughtful and meticulous service, ensuring a smooth tour of the Forbidden City despite the rain and saving us a lot of trouble. His rich explanations of history and culture were perfectly integrated into every exhibit, keeping us thoroughly entertained. Choosing Xiucai was accidental, but this wonderful experience made me feel fortunate and that the trip was well worth it!

Great value for money, spacious environment; plump oysters, perfectly cooked steak, not overcooked, delicious; over a dozen ice cream options, all excellent, I personally think this brand is much better than others; two beer choices. The selection isn't huge, but everything is quite good, including the salad. The only downside was that the lamb stew on the 15/10 night wasn't cooked long enough, the skin and meat were tough. Since it wasn't my main dish, I just tried it casually and didn't complain to the hotel immediately. However, this minor flaw doesn't detract from the overall experience, and I would definitely buy from them again.
