We went on the first day of the Lunar New Year and stayed one night. Overall, we were very satisfied. When traveling with a child, the first thing to consider is dining. We went to Haiquan Bay in December and found their buffet lunch to be extremely salty and cold; the kids only had desserts and nothing else to eat. So this time we chose Xianggen. Lunch on the first day of the Lunar New Year can be ordered à la carte, and the food came out very quickly. The flavors were home-style, of course, not comparable to a real star-rated hotel, which might be a point of contention for some customers, but I thought it was quite good for the Spring Festival. Dinner was a buffet, priced a bit high at 78 yuan per person. The variety of dishes was limited, but they were prepared with care, the seasoning was just right, and the sweet potatoes were roasted and very sweet; my child and I ate a lot of them. Also, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and they even provided a baby bed. There were very few indoor hot spring pools; most were outdoor, so the elderly and children couldn't go outside, which we already knew, so we weren't disappointed. The second-floor rest area had free hot drinks, biscuits, small steamed buns, radishes, and fruit. If we ate freely there, we could probably skip dinner. There was also a small children's playground, which looked quite clean.
