Highly recommended! The young staff at the horse farm were very friendly, and the horses were very docile. A truly excellent experience.

Reviews: Half-Day Whale Watching Tour with Elding in Iceland|Multiple boat types and various activities|No free option available

Let me start by saying that we did see whales! If we don't, the company gives you the chance to go again. And that alone gets at least a 4 out of 5. On the boat, the guide shows you where to look, but either the speaker is weak or it's simply not powerful enough for such a large space, but the guide is pretty hard to hear from the middle, let alone the back, of the boat. They provide equipment, but I'm not sure they sanitize it, so it's best to sanitize your hands. They also give you motion sickness pills. A huge plus: after the trip, they send you photos if you missed anything (you should email them), and a review listing the species you saw. Overall, a 4+. But if you can, book a miniboat tour; it's not much more expensive, and the experience will be much greater.

Reviews: Classic whale watching tour in Reykjavík

A must do if visiting Iceland. We were lucky enough to see two hump back whales (Banana and Radar). Amazing experience from start to finish, staff were really helpful and friendly and our whale spotter was brilliant! So much information given about them too! Highly recommend!

Reviews: Reykjavik: Best Value Whale Watching Cruise
V***72026-10-21
The entire crew was simply fantastic. Super friendly and funny. They provided lots of information about the area and the whales themselves, presented in a very entertaining way. Unfortunately, we had quite a rough sea, which made things a bit difficult for us. Others, however, fared much worse. And in the end, we were rewarded with several whale sightings... 🐳 Simply breathtaking!
