Reviews: [Can be departed from Kyoto or Osaka] A day trip to Amanohashidate in Kyoto, Chion-ji Temple, and Ine Funaya.

The highway was closed. The whole journey took extra an hour! But it was smooth and the Chinese lady tour guide is very patience and polite! I have taken a lot of nice photo even though it was a raining day!

An excellent tour. We visited several locations and had plenty of time for each. Of course, we liked Amanohashidate the most. We went up to the top and rode some more rides.

Reviews: Kyoto Amanohashidate + Ine Fishing Village 1-day tour [Includes Amanohashidate cable car ticket and Ine Bay sightseeing boat ticket]

Kyoto by the Sea is absolutely gorgeous. A fantastic day trip! It's much cheaper and more convenient than going on your own. It's a bilingual (Chinese and Korean) tour, with about half the passengers being Chinese and half Korean. Our guide, Gu Wenji, was incredibly helpful and patient. Highly recommended!

Reviews: 1-day tour to Amanohashidate, one of Japan's three scenic views & Ine no Funaya in the sea of Kyoto
Guest User2026-09-18
We took a day trip to Ine Funaya at Amanohashidate from Osaka. Our guide was Gu Wenji, who was amazing! He spoke Japanese, Chinese, and Korean, and was incredibly professional, doing many things at once. He used his expertise to advise us on how to make the trip go smoothly, recommending that we try the limited-edition snow crab rice and buy the souvenirs we wanted. We loved the whole trip, and thank you for the guide's arrangements.

Reviews: Kyoto Amanohashidate + Ine Funaya 1-Day Tour: Optional Amanohashidate Chairlift and Monorail + Ine Bay Cruise
Guest User2026-05-17
I originally planned to explore Amanohashidate on my own, taking my time to enjoy the scenery, but considering my husband's recent back and leg problems, we opted for a day tour instead. We boarded in Kyoto, and the tour guide contacted us beforehand via WeChat with the license plate number and phone number. The agreed-upon time was also very punctual. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, providing explanations of the sights along the way. Since there were many Koreans on the bus, she spoke a lot of Korean. The scenery was beautiful, and the weather was perfect. It would have been quite inconvenient to travel to these places on my own, so choosing a day tour with an enthusiastic guide was a great option. I recommend it to everyone!

Reviews: [Sea of Kyoto 1-day tour] Amanohashidate + Ine no Funaya + Kayabuki no Sato in Miyama + Chionji Temple

Our tour guide, Oscar, is young but experienced. He departs on time and provides engaging commentary in both Chinese and English throughout the day. He sends real-time information about attractions, meeting times, and parking locations to all tourists, making it easy for everyone to plan their visit. The itinerary is also well-balanced, making it a very worthwhile trip!
