Reviews: Cairns Reef Magic 1-day tour [Reef Magic/Helicopter/Scuba Diving/Includes Buffet Lunch/Unlimited Snorkeling]

Must-do activities in Cairns. First, let's talk about boat selection: The Sun Lover is actually quite popular with Chinese tourists, but after some research, I found it's more suitable for families with children. My husband and I opted for the Reef Magic, which has slightly better snorkeling conditions. We saw a lot of fish, and Nemo was darting around among the corals—so cute! We even saw a giant giant clam! Regarding facilities, there are glass-bottom boats, semi-submarine boats, marine life lectures, and much more. Optional paid activities include a 10-minute helicopter tour/helicopter jump. A quick tip: If you're worried about seasickness, definitely fly there and back! It depends on the weather, but a 10-minute tour is definitely not enough, haha! Also, the boat ride there was incredibly bumpy 😭 I never get seasick or carsick, but today I threw up in three huge vomit bags! Especially in the last 30 minutes before arrival, almost everyone on the boat was vomiting… Regarding service, the staff were professional and enthusiastic. When we went snorkeling, not only were lifeguards constantly in the water, but there were also safety officers on the second floor constantly monitoring and rotating shifts to ensure high concentration. This was really good and made me feel very safe. Regarding the food, it was actually quite delicious, but my husband and I were so focused on snorkeling and watching the small fish that we only managed to grab a quick bite near the end of the meal service.

Great trip. Just confusing in the booking a little as to whether lunch or not included.
Reviews: Cairns Sunlover Reef Cruises 1-day tour [double reef + Ferris wheel/variety show same style/glass bottom boat/diving and snorkeling/buffet lunch/semi-submarine/helicopter sightseeing]

It was a great travel experience. The Great Barrier Reef is absolutely beautiful, and the whole trip was smooth and enjoyable. The buffet was delicious, and the helicopter ride was fantastic. The only downside is that seasickness is quite common when going out to sea, so it's best to bring seasickness medication.
Reviews: Tully River Full-Day Rafting: Cairns, Mission Beach or Self-Drive

While the rapids were Class 4 and Class 3, and there were tons of them all down the river (Making this by far the best rafting in my life!!!), the whole experience was CLASS 7!!! Our boat Guides Mezza and Aoife were both spectacular!!! The other Guides were also very cool and knowledgeable, including Andy who gave our bus our training! The Tully River is super-beautiful and natural, with a World Heritage Site on one side and a National Park on the other! The water was cool and refreshing and fun to swim in (not too cold), and the food and drink at the Felluga Hotel afterwards was awesome, plus we got to see the photos in a slideshow with the people from our boat as well as thank our Boat Guides! I recommend buying the photos - a good deal for over 100 high-quality photos of our adventure!

This was so much fun! It was my first experience of white water rafting and I highly recommend booking with Foaming Fury. The team were well organised and safety was a top priority. It's a unique experience to enjoy the beautiful Barron Gorge from the alternating serene river and rushing rapids.
