Reviews: Jaco: 10 Hidden Waterfalls Hike with Local Food Experience
Guest User2026-08-29
Had a fantastic morning hike/climb with Pablo and Charlie. It was challenging at times but a brilliant thing to do, my 9yr old who is quite fearless absolutely loved it, maybe wouldn’t take children much younger. The guides were really kind and helpful and made sure everyone was comfortable and safe. Showed us lots of things in the rainforest that we wouldn’t have noticed without them. My son who usually doesn’t like walking hasn’t stopped talking about it and wants to do it again!

Josue had excellent knowledge of Jaco and the local cuisine. We enjoyed the history and art of the area and wouldn’t have found these local gems without him. We highly recommend this tour for anyone who loves food, history and art.

My husband and I had a fun adventure that took us out of our comfort zone a bit, which I liked We were driven down a long, bumpy dirt road and then we parked and started our jungle walk. We honestly didn't see a whole bunch of critters but we did see a few (bird, snake, spider and other insects). The ambiance of walking, in the jungle, down an actively flowing river bed, that started from a waterfall, coupled with the rain, and being in Costa Rica was priceless! Geriold was a wonderful guide and was able to spot the smallest of insects so easily. He took us to a restaurant close to where we hiked that had wonderful food. I definitely recommend this tour if you want to do something different.

Reviews: Farm to Table Cooking Class
Guest User2024-10-01
We had the BEST night with Miguel and his mom. The whole night was a blast. We got a tour of the farm which was really nice. Miguel told us about a bunch of native plants, crops and flowers. And they have pigs! They were so cute. The cooking part was so fun. Everyone was involved and it made it really enjoyable. Dinner was delicious! Definitely recommend this experience!
