Reviews: Phuket : Phi Phi, Bamboo Island & Maya Bay Day Tour by Power Catamaran | Free WiFi

It was absolutely amazing! We went on January 2nd. The weather was perfect. I'm sure there are many travel agencies out there, but this one was truly the best. Of course, even as a Japanese person, I was impressed by the basic customer service, and the tour content was also flawless. However, what made this place so special and what really thrilled me was how strict the travel agency was! National parks are packed with tourists, so if each agency doesn't follow the rules properly, things can get chaotic and even lead to accidents (because boats rotate in order). Therefore, the members of the tour agency you're assigned to have to line up in order and get to the waiting area for the boat. The area isn't particularly large, either. So, we gathered at the appointed time, and as we were walking together, a group of Latin Americans cut in front of us. Huh? Just then, a tour guide lady came over like a raging fire and scolded them. At first, she just told them to go back to their own teams, but the kids just kept smiling and didn't go back, like "it's okay," but the lady's gentle words didn't get through to them, so of course she scolded them! Then she called a staff member from that team and they were taken away. My liking for them skyrocketed. On tours like this, it can sometimes be a loss to follow the rules, but with a staff member who followed them so strictly, I was able to leave the cruise in their hands with peace of mind. No, they were really cool.

Reviews: Krabi Emerald Pool + Khlong Thom Hot Springs Half-Day Tour with Mangrove Kayaking/ATV
Guest User2026-10-09
The hot springs are natural; if you go during a hot day, you can only experience them briefly, as soaking for too long can get hot, so remember to bring mosquito repellent. Emerald Pool is a large natural park, requiring a 1km hike to reach, located in the woods, so it's not too sunny. Along the way, you'll pass a natural spring-fed swimming pool, which is very cool and shallow, perfect for a swim; the water is crystal clear and has small fish. Emerald Lake is only good for taking photos before heading back. Coconuts are cheapest at this attraction, 30 baht each. The complimentary lunch is decent, with fruit and enough to fill you up. My favorite activity was the ATV ride, which takes you through a deserted rubber tree forest. It was incredibly free and comfortable! The only downside is that the instructor will try to slow you down, preventing you from going too fast. They'll take photos and videos along the way, which you need to purchase at the end, but it's inexpensive.
