Very convenient, especially for phones that don't support e-SIM. For a thousand rubles, a week of stable service is a real gift. Although you might want to keep in mind that Taiwan generally has plenty of free Wi-Fi in public places, and SMS isn't usually required for connection, so you might be able to get by without a SIM card. :)★
