The crew members were warm and kind, providing detailed explanations of the sights. Snacks, drinks, and fruit were promptly distributed, and they even helped organize life jackets and other items on each island. The boat was nice, the seats were spacious, and the floor was made of non-slip foam, so you could walk barefoot without slipping. The water slides were a bit short, so if you wanted to try them, you had to queue up several times. Lunch was delicious, but be aware that the restaurant was very busy and had time limits for dining. The restaurant was clean, and the restrooms were also very hygienic. Overall, a very enjoyable trip!

This might be useful for Russian speakers. I booked a trip with a Russian-speaking guide. Everything was great—the transfer was on time, they gave you a number to take to the check-in desk on the pier, then they gave you a bracelet, which you can use to find your group if needed. You can have breakfast on site; there's a buffet in the lobby with light snacks and coffee. The group is mixed; we had Americans, Chinese, Japanese, and Russians. Then your guide (Olga) meets you and gives you a briefing. Special thanks to the guide; she explained everything clearly and to the point, and was very friendly. Afterwards, you board the boat with your group; the staff and guide will tell you which one. There are five locations on the trip. On Phi Phi Don, you'll have lunch at the cafe; the buffet is quite large and delicious, but availability depends on the route; the locations may be mixed to avoid crowding. Take 300 baht if you want to sail to Pi Leh Bay by boat, for 2400 baht you can get a personal boat.

The tour was fantastic. We had breakfast and lunch, and they gave us motion sickness pills. The Russian guide Anastasia and two Thai guides were polite and friendly. The locations were beautiful.

A very good experience. They picked us up from the hotel in the morning, and the boat's facilities were excellent, far superior to the monohull speedboats we rode on over a decade ago. The tour guide was also helpful and humorous, and the crew was very friendly. A truly wonderful experience.

The Krabi Four Islands group tour was a great experience! The itinerary was well-planned, the guide was attentive, the Jellyfish Sea was absolutely stunning, you could see small fish while snorkeling, and the hotel pick-up and drop-off was very convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful time.

I booked through Ctrip, and I've always trusted them. This time was no exception. The itinerary was perfectly arranged; no need to get up early, and the driver arrived on time for pick-up and drop-off. The pirate ship ride was breathtaking, with stunning scenery all around. The staff were knowledgeable and responsible, providing explanations of the attractions in both Chinese and English – very attentive. There were quite a few foreigners on the ship, and everyone was very polite and friendly. We had a great time, laughing and getting along harmoniously. It was a very enjoyable day, with beautiful scenery that lifted my spirits. I'll definitely choose Ctrip again for future trips!
