I'm very grateful to Ctrip for making it so convenient to buy international train tickets. I printed out the QR code and brought it with me. I redeemed my ticket at the white machine at the JR entrance of Terminal 1 at Kansai Airport. The machine has a Chinese language option. After redeeming my ticket, I entered the station through the manual channel and took the escalator down one level to Platform 3, which is where the Hello Kitty shuttle bus is located.★

The internet is okay, but the signal is weak in some areas in Kyoto. We bought 2GB per day, but it wasn't enough. Every day, it runs out at 5 PM. After it runs out, it's incredibly slow, making it almost impossible to do anything. If you're using it a lot to browse maps, use Instagram or TikTok, I recommend 5GB per day. It's better to have some extra than not enough, because it can be really difficult to search without internet.About
